Entire Casa Nicolee Villa

Entire Villa: $2000 US/week · Minimum 1-week stay · $100 cleaning fee · $50 pet fee. Available Dec. 21–27, Dec. 29–Jan. 4, and March 22–30.

Bluenose Casita / Art Studio: $80 US/night or $400 US/week · Minimum 3-night stay. Available July, August & September. Pool cleaned weekly, garden maintained every 2–3 weeks, and hydro monitored for regular use. Pet cleaning fee applies.
